Next thing you need to do is set up a way for you to integrate all of your data from Manychat & Google Sheets into your current systems.
You want to make sure that it integrates well with:
- Online ordering
- Loyalty
- WiFi
- Coupons
- Website Analytics
- Other Analytics
- POS
- Vendors
- Inventory
The best way to do that is to use Integromat. They describe themselves as the glue of the internet, and it’s quite true that they let a lot of different applications send and receive information from each other.
One of the main application sharing things I’ve been using is WooCommerce with Google Sheets. Since I use WooCommerce to sell food online and Google Sheets to store most of my customer information, I transfer all WooCommerce orders into Google Sheets. I like to match the orders with any other activity by that same person so I know if they have ordered before or not.
Here are some integrations that I think you should start with:
Manychat to Mailerlite
Manychat to Google Sheets
If you want to connect Manychat to Google sheets, all you have to do is enable it in the Manychat settings.
In Manychat, click on Settings > Integrations. The first option for integrations is Google Sheets.
My Google Sheets is already connected:
If you want to connect Manychat to Google Sheets, follow the instructions in this box. After you are done following the instructions, you should see a screen similar to mine that shows Google Sheets is connected.
The only difference is that you will see your Gmail email address.
Once you have your CRM/tracking and integrations in place, you are ready to start building your restaurant marketing funnel that will not only bring you customers, but help you track them along the way from the internet into your restaurant or online orders.
