When you are at the point where you want to give the next offer to your customer so you can incentivize them to come back, you should do so in the form of a link.
The link I am talking about will actually start a new flow for the specific offer that you linked them to, starting them on the offer signup process for their next offer.
In order to create this link in Manychat, go to Growth Tools on the left side menu. Then click on + New Growth Tool on the top right of the screen.
A list of options will pop up and you can choose Messenger Ref URL.
A new screen will load and give you options on customizing this link.
The only thing we really need to edit is the flow that this goes to. Click on the Edit button under the Opt-In Flow section.
After you do, you will be redirected to the flow editor for this link. The default flow will look like this:
We are going to change the messaging to be very simple:
Check on the status of your {Offer Name} Coupon!
Then, like shown above, we are going to start the coupon signup flow for the coupon we intend to send people.
Now, the last thing you need here is the link to start this. Go back to your Growth Tool and click on the Setup tab. Then you can find your link there:
