Are you using Lead Groups in Thrive Leads and want your Lead Groups to show up on all the pages you selected?
I’ve been frustrated with Thrive Leads because sometimes I’ve created the most beautiful lightboxes, ribbons, and slide-ins. But after adding them and choosing which pages I want them to show on, they never show up.
After talking to Thrive support (they are great by the way), I finally found out why some of these Lead Group properties weren’t showing up on the pages that I wanted them to.
Today I am going to show you how to always get your Lead Groups to show up in all the pages that you selected.
Thrive Leads Prioritization
The first thing you have to be aware of is which forms you have active in which lead groups. This is very important because you can’t have two fo the same type of form active on the same page.
The diagram below shows all the types of forms that Thrive Leads offers
So if you have a Lightbox active in one of your Lead Groups and have selected it to be active on a specific page or set of pages, then another Lightbox cannot be active on that same page or set of pages.
One will always override the other.
With that being said, how do you know which forms will override others?
Well, this is where Thrive support helped me a lot and it’s something that isn’t very intuitive when working within the Thrive Leads dashboard.
What you have to do is drag and drop the Lead Groups in the priority that you want each form within the Lead Group to take.
For example, here is my current prioritization:
This prioritization means that all of my forms in “orderfree” will always take priority over any of the same type of forms that were selected to be on the same page in “guestflow.”
So, if you set a form in “guestflow” to show on a specific page but it isn’t showing, then you can easily fix that.
Lead Group Exclusions
You can go into “orderfree” and select pages to exclude for your forms on “orderfree.” The pages that you would choose to exclude are the same pages that you want your form sin “guestflow” to show:
This process is exactly how I got any of my Lead Group forms within Thrive Leads to show in any place I wanted without any issues.
I went through a good deal of time with support to figure this out and hope that this has saved you time.
