Combine PDF Menus

You might have multiple menus if you have different offerings throughout the day.

You could have a breakfast menu, lunch menu, dinner menu, happy hour menu, wine list, and more!

That’s a lot of menus to be managing. And sometimes you want to combine some of these menus for a specific part of the day.

For example, you might want to combine your dinner menu with your wine menu so that all of your guests can sell themselves on some wine for the night.

Today I am going to show you how to combine some of your PDF menus.

Use CombinePDF

CombinePDF is a free online tool that lets you combine any amount of PDFs together, then download it.

Usually free tools have some kind of catch to it such as adding their own watermark to your file after you download it.

However, after using CombinePDF for years, they have never added any watermarks to my file and the combined file always looks as clean and high quality as my original files.

How To Combine PDFs

To start combining your PDF files, go to https://combinepdf.com/. One thing to be aware of is that the site is full of clickbait ads, which means that there are some buttons that aren’t a part of the software and will take to you an ad.

I will help you navigate through the software so that you stay on the CombinePDF page and get your combined file quickly and easily.

When you visit the page, you want to focus on the red bordered area that I outlined below:

Everything else on the page is clickbait for an ad, and that is how this website makes money. It is also how they make enough money to keep the website running without adding watermarks or other unwanted items in your file.

First, click on the “UPLOAD FILES” (1) button. Alternatively, you can drag and drop files from your computer into the outlined area.

Once you have your files in there, you can rearrange them in any order. The order that you arrange them in will be the same order that they will appear in your combined file, from top to bottom.

So, in the order that I have my files below, the wine list will appear first and then the food menu will appear after.

Once you are done uploading all the files you want to combine and arranging them in the correct order that you want them to appear, click on the “COMBINE” button (2).

Once you do that, you will be asked to save the file to your computer. You might not get prompted to save the file to your computer depending on your browser settings. You may have browser settings that automatically save your file, so look out for that.

You can check to see if the file that you downloaded is exactly what you wanted. If it is not, you can double check the files that you uploaded and make sure that those were the correct files. If the file you received was out of order, you can also re-upload and re-arrange before combining the files again.

In Conclusion

So that is how you combine PDF menus and files into one.

What can you do with a combined PDF file? Well, besides printing it and handing it to customers in your restaurant, you can also use a QR code to link to it and have it serve as a digital menu.

What PDFs menus have you combined before and for what reason?
